ALPHA-SHIELD'S LTD GUARDING SERVICES AGENCY

The 'ALPHA-SHIELD' Ltd functions at the market of guarding services of Ukraine from 1991. The principal entity of the Company and its affiliates in Lugansk, Poltava and Kharkov provide the customers with a wide range of services dealing with guarding the objects with state, collective or other forms of ownership, insuring of their safety and maintaining of the public order, as well as the services of freight escorting and guarding during freight conveyances by the various means of transport and the services of body-guarding rendered to the top managers of business entities and members of their families.

The guarding activity of the Company is based on the licenses of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine No.208 dated June 18, 1994, and No. 373 dated October 10, 1994.

"Our strategic task is to satisfy to the maximal extent the demands of the Customer in having the guarding of the Customer's business, private life, property or values, to guarantee Customer's freedom in any form of his activity. Our guarding services are rendered at a highest professional level."

The contract obligations of the parties serve as a ground for rendering guarding services to Customers.

Guarding of Offices, Exhibitions, Representative Offices, Presentations:

The traditional type of services provided by our Company is the guarding of office premise, insuring of the safe operation of commercial entities through introduction of the special regime of attendance and assess of visitors, twenty-four-hour guarding with application of the technical means of safety. The members of our personnel possess experience and skills required for rendering the above mentioned services, as far as they perform such tasks professionally for three or four years already.

Guarding of Facilities, Premises, Warehouses (Watch Duty):

For more than five years the guarding sub-units of 'ALPHA-SHIELD' have been rendering one of the most common type of guarding services-guarding of different objects, warehouses, stores industrial units, by organizing of guarding activity with application of technical means of safety and using of special guard dogs. We provide the equipment for control crossing points, organize the crossing point regime. We guarantee our customers the safety of their material assets and values.
