Psychological training.

The complement of sub-units is staffed by persons, who had passed special professional and psychology selection tests of the Company's Psychological Service and selection tests in accordance with the normative documents of the MIA of Ukraine. All members of the Company's guarding sub-units have special certificates issued by the State Guarding Service Administration of the MIA of Ukraine, which empower them to be engaged in the guarding in the guarding business.

'ALPHA-SHIELD' Ltd has created the Center of Professional and Psychological Training for security service personnel of non-government structures. Future security specialists, guards and personal body-guards are trained in it by the leading specialists and instructors from Academy of MIA and Security Service of Ukraine. All educational and subject programs and plans are approved by the representatives of the MIA of Ukraine and confirmed by the Ministry of Education of Ukraine.

The chief heads of business entities, the members of their families and their major executives are taught successfully the rules of safe behavior in different psychologically difficult and extreme situations.

The specialists of the Company's services develop and implement the complex security activity system aimed at ensuring business companies and their managers, while the lawyers and legal counselors of the Company provide the required services to its Customers. The Company exercise its work according to the license of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

LAW IS ABOVE ALL'- this is the major credo of the Company.

We work in close contact and cooperation with law-enforcement bodies at the places of our sub-units dislocation and our personnel helps these bodies in suppressing and disclosing of crimes, including especially grave ones.

Only for the first half-year of 1997 seven letters of thanks from representatives of law-enforcement structures of Ukraine for our assistance in suppressing and disclosing of crimes and maintaining of public order.
